What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards, as well as Paypal, Shop and Apple Pay. Our payment system is secure and encrypted for your security.
Can I translate my tracking page ?
Yes, it is possible to translate your package tracking page. Go to the three dots in the Google menu to the right of your profile icon and select the "Translate this page" option at the bottom of the menu. (English or French only)
Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within two hours of its validation. Once the order has been processed, changes will no longer be possible.
Do you deliver internationally?
No, unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Delivery is free for all orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard delivery charges apply.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to track your package on our store.
