Refund policy
At Zoryx, we are committed to offering high-quality products at competitive prices. To maintain these prices and ensure efficient logistics, here is our return and refund policy:
1. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are committed to resolving the situation quickly at no additional cost to you.
Timeframe: You must notify us of the problem within 14 days of receiving your order.
Required Evidence: A photo or short video clearly showing the defect or damage is required to process your claim.
Solution: After verification, we will refund the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs, to your original payment method. NOTE: You do not need to return the defective item.
2. Order Error
If the item you received does not match the one you ordered (wrong model or color), contact us with a photo of the item you received, and we will send you the correct product.
3. Change of Mind
Due to our dropshipping model, we do not accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind after the order has been shipped. We encourage you to carefully read the technical descriptions and verify the item's compatibility before finalizing your purchase.
4. Packages Not Received
If your package has not arrived after 35 days from the shipping date, we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer you a replacement shipment or a refund.
